These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website at https://keystonegc.biz, the Keystone Field job-site app, and our text message program. They are between you and Keystone General Contractors LLC ("Keystone," "we," "us"), an Illinois limited liability company located at 3004 N. Sheridan Road, Peoria, IL 61604. By using our website, app, or text program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://keystonegc.biz/privacy.
Our website
Our website tells you about Keystone and the work we do. The information on it is general and may change. It is not a price quote or a contract. Please do not copy or misuse the website's content.
Construction work
Any construction work we do for you is covered by the written contract between you and Keystone. If that contract and these Terms disagree, the contract controls.
Keystone Field app
Keystone Field is a work tool for Keystone's crew and office. Logins are issued by Keystone. If you have a login, keep your password private, record your own time honestly, and do not fake locations, photos, receipts, or notes. Do not use the app to harass anyone or send junk messages. We may turn off a login if these Terms are broken or when someone leaves the crew. Using the app does not by itself create a job offer or an employment relationship.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Keystone General Contractors project and crew updates
Who sends the messages: Keystone General Contractors LLC, from +1 (309) 396-3184.
What the messages are about: We send project and work notices only, never marketing or promotions:
- Homeowners with an active project: end-of-day progress updates about the work on your home, and notices when a materials receipt is filed for your project.
- Keystone crew members: schedule and job-site notes from the foreman, and confirmations when a materials receipt is filed for reimbursement.
- Everyone who opts in: a one-time welcome message confirming that you are signed up.
How to opt in: Homeowners are offered our text opt-in link when they sign their contract with us. Crew members are asked to opt in when they are hired. You opt in on our online form (see https://keystonegc.biz/sms) by entering your mobile number and checking two boxes, both unchecked by default: one agreeing to receive texts from Keystone General Contractors about your project and job status, and one agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. After you opt in, we send a welcome text to confirm. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of your construction contract or of working for Keystone.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. While a project is active, you may receive up to 2–3 messages per working day (about 15–20 per month).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one final text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then we will not text you again unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability
We work to keep our website, app, and text messages accurate and available, but phones lose signal, messages can be delayed, and software can fail. To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, Keystone is not liable for missed or delayed messages, downtime, or indirect or consequential damages from using, or not being able to use, our website, app, or text program. This does not change your rights under your written construction contract.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes to these Terms
If we make important changes to these Terms, we will update this page and the effective date above. The current version is always at https://keystonegc.biz/terms.
